Barney north postmill stood on the opposite side of the track and a few yards to the northeast of
Barney south postmill. It is not known which miller was running which of the three mills, so all names are listed below.

On a Millhouse & Stable adjoining brick Built & tyled and part Thatch'd sit. in ye Yard belonging, £20. On a Backhouse brick built & part tyled & part thatch'd sit. in the said Yard, £20. On a Barn brick built and thatch'd situate in ye Yard aforesaid, £40.
