Freehold Estate ... Farm 173a. 3r. 23p. ... in Upwell and Elm in the Isle of Ely, with a Wind Corn Mill or Water Engine, in full trade driving two pairs of French Stones, flour machine etc. standing on the said Farm as the same Estate is now in the occupation of Messrs. Gouldin & Howell.
The estate is bounded by a Navigable River.
