Wiggenhall St Mary Magdalen postmill stood beside Fen Road to the southeast of the village.

On Wednesday June 18, 1823 at 4 o'c
Unless sooner disposed of by Private Contract
A Capital WIND_MILL nearly new, with a new built Messuage or Dwelling house and outbuildings, large yard and garden containing about 2 roods of Land in Wiggenhall St. Mary Magdalen aforesaid, now in the occupation of Mr. J. Hammond the proprietor.
The whole is Freehold and possession may be had of the Mill and yard at Midsummer, if required and of the whole premises at Michaelmas next.
Apply to Mr. Hammond on the premises or to the Auctioneer, High Street, Lynn. (if by letter post paid)
Also will be Sold by Auction on the Premises of Mr. J. Hammond the same day at 2 o'c
