Tilney All Saints Spittlewall smock windmill was an early smockmill and relatively little is known about it.

A Very good Smock Corn WINDMILL situated well for Trade and known by the name of SPITTLEWALL MILL, in the Parish of Tilney All Saints near Lynn Regis in the County of Norfolk.
