Southery smock mill stood just to the northwest of the village. The mill used two pairs of 4ft. stones and a flour mill.

A SMOCK WINDMILL situate on Southrey, with a Pair of good Stones and a FLOUR MILL. The Mill has been lately put in good Repair and of course will not call for much more Repair for some Time.
N.B. The mill will be sold on reasonable Terms by applying to Henry King of Little Brand, Norfolk.
A Part of the Purchase Money may remain in the Mill at interest. Joseph Bendall, who lives by the Mill, will shew the premises.
