Shipdham Rode-Fee postmill was working in the 1377 and may be one of the two early_mills belonging to the bishop and recorded some 100 years earlier.


And in the said reign (Edward III) John de Thetford etc. held lands called RODE-FEE with a windmill, rents and services of the lord Bardolph Reed possessed it in the 3rd of Henry IV (1401/2)
