Robert de Svales ... In the 33rd of Edward I it appears by the escheat rolls that he died seized of this lordship, held by one fee and a half ... and that there was belonging to it a capital messuage with a watermill, a windmill, 209 acres of land, 60 of meadow, 10 of pasture, 5 of wood, one of turbary and £4 per ann. rent.
