Gt Yarmouth South Middle towermill was a nine storey brick mill that was built c.1924 near the sea front on land between Regent Road and Albion Road. The mill was one of the tallest in the county and had patent double shuttered sails that powered 3 pairs of stones. The Norfolk boat shaped cap had a petticoat and a fantail. A stage was set around the fourth floor.

The mill complex included a mill house, granary, stables and a cottage.
