Fundenhall postmill stood at Mill Farm. The mill was built as an open trestle mill but had a roundhouse by 1840. The sails powered one pair of French burr stones and a flour mill.

A Capital POST WINDMILL to be removed a distance not less than 5 miles from the spot where it now stands (Fundenhall) with or without the going gears, with one pair of excellent French stones, flour mill & cylinder.

When the mill was moved in 1815 it is possible that it was set onto a roundhouse at its new location.
