The lordship than had a capital messuage, 100 acres of arable land at 4d. per acre, 3 acres of meadow at 12d. per acre, 10 acres of pasture at 1d. per acre, 20 of underwood at 6 years growth 3s. per acre; rent of assise 53s. 4d. payable Christmas, Whitsuntide, & Michaelmas; a windmill valued at 10s. per annum etc ...
