Kings Lynn Boal steam mill stood close to the River Ouse in the town.

Have received instructions from Messrs. Marsters & Sons, to Sell by Auction, on the Premises, the Boal, King's Lynn, on Wednesday, 25th day of October, 1865, at 10 o'clock precisely.
All the Valuable MACHINERY of the FLOUR MILL, they having declined that branch of the Business; Comprising: 4 pairs Spur gear, 4 pairs Counter gear, patent dressing Machine, by SMITH; flour mill, Smut-mill, 2 sets elevators, Sack tackle, Creeper, sack jigger, 2 sets governors; and all the necessary fittings of a large Mill; also a 10 Ton Crane.
The above Machinery is of the very best description, and in thorough working order.
